How long will my kitchen remodel take?
This can vary depending upon the cabinet manufacturer and counter manufacturer lead time. Generally from start to finish on a condominium kitchen of average size it is good to allow three to five weeks not including lead time (ordering of materials).

What choices are there for kitchen and bathroom counter tops?
There is a wide variety of choices. Currently, real stone such as granite are quite popular along with solid surface and man made stones. Laminates are also still a popular choice and can tend to keep the costs lower and selection of colors is almost endless. Solid surface, real stone and man made stone can be made with up to a dozen different edge profiles. Laminates are a little more limited but still have a good choice of edges including wood and solid surface.

What types of cabinets can I get?
Cabinets are available through the manufacturer of your choice or through one of our local and reputable distributors that we deal with.

Can you install appliances?
Yes. Appliances can be installed or reinstalled if you are reusing existing including microwave, dishwasher, disposal, stove etc..

Can my plumbing be changed (relocated)?
Normally yes, depending on what you want changed. A lot of kitchens and baths require relocating sinks and dishwashers however in condominium and townhouses this can not always be done due to original installation and building requirements. The same applies for tubs and toilets.

Can electric and lighting be changed?
Yes. Lighting is a most important part of the function and aesthetics of the room(s) being remodeled. Lighting could be recessed cans, track, low voltage, under cabinet, backlighting as well as fans etc..

Can my floor coverings be changed?
Yes. Flooring can be done in hardwoods, ceramics or a combination of both as well as stone or vinyls.

Can water purifiers for water treatment be installed?

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship for one year from completion, however, some manufacturers of products installed may have much longer product warranties on their particular items.
